Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous problems into buildable AI solutions.
- Map existing processes and identify areas for AI integration.
- Develop working AI prototypes and full-stack applications.
- Iterate on solutions based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with AI Governance to ensure compliance and scalability.
- Participate in client meetings and communicate progress effectively.
- Build relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare industry experience.
- Proficiency with Claude as a development tool.
- Full-stack AI engineering capability.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Maturity to engage at the executive level.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Quantitative fluency for ROI and impact measurement.
