Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services using .NET Core 8.
- Optimize queries and data models across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Participate in system design and architectural improvement discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Refactor existing codebases for improved efficiency, readability, and maintainability.
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests and maintain high test coverage.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex production and development issues.
- Document technical decisions, systems, and processes.
- Participate in production deployments and validate system behavior after releases.
- Lead large-scale projects and align technical work with business objectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
- Diagnose performance issues such as memory leaks and perform load testing and performance tuning.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of backend development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working specifically with .NET Core.
- Proficiency designing and developing maintainable and scalable RESTful services and gRPC services.
- Expertise with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, asynchronous operations, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Strategy.
- Experience with code refactoring, unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Strong experience diagnosing complex performance issues and using profiling and optimization tools is preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring junior developers is preferred.
- Familiarity with load testing, performance tuning, and Miro is preferred.
