Responsibilities
- Build and support event-driven messaging services using Solace across integrated platforms.
- Administer Solace environments, including configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and queue/topic design.
- Troubleshoot message delivery failures, integration issues, and messaging bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with application teams to define messaging SLAs for critical payment and entity-onboarding flows.
- Support messaging design reviews, operational readiness, deployment validation, and production support.
- Maintain documentation for queue/topic configurations, support procedures, known issues, and operational handover.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in payment or transaction processing systems is preferred.
- Exposure to MuleSoft ESB and Anypoint Platform is preferred.
- Experience supporting integration services in Kubernetes or OKE environments is preferred.
