Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and suites using Selenium, Java, and automation frameworks.
- Identify and prioritize test cases for automation and execute automated tests while analyzing results.
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Identify gaps, report and track defects, and communicate issues to relevant teams.
- Participate in test automation strategy design and implementation while improving test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and BSA teams to troubleshoot application and development/test environment issues.
- Assess and report on product performance, quality, security, and stability.
- Support timely test execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP SD QA and test automation.
- Strong experience developing automation scripts with Selenium using Java.
- Experience with automation frameworks and patterns such as BDD, Cucumber, and POM.
- Ability to create, execute, and maintain automated test suites, plans, and cases.
- Experience with SCM tools such as Git or SVN.
- Experience with REST API automation tools such as Rest Assured or Http Client using Java is an added advantage.
- Experience with Agile methodology, Test Driven Development, Lean, or Scrum.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
