Responsibilities

Develop backend application services and APIs.
Integrate systems with AWS, GCP, and external cloud services.
Optimize backend components for speed and scalability.
Implement and manage caching, queuing, and background processing.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
Collaborate as part of an agile engineering team and contribute to continuous improvement.
Participate in periodic on-call duties.

At least 2 years of demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust software.
Strong Python coding skills and broad knowledge of the Python ecosystem, including NumPy, Pandas, and Asyncio.
Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Django REST Framework, Flask, or others.
Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and migrations.
Experience with caching tools, data visualization, log collection and aggregation, search, and queuing systems.
Experience with Linux and shell scripting.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability and interest to learn and introduce new technologies and build real-world applications at scale.
