Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-native product experiences for email, calendars, contacts, workflows, approvals, notifications, and related surfaces.
- Own features end to end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, UI/UX, and database design.
- Build workflow builders, automation suggestions, shared team workflows, and connected experiences across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Influence product direction and deliver polished, fast, intuitive user experiences.
Requirements
- Be comfortable working as a generalist across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Have strong product taste and the ability to own ambiguous problem areas end to end.
- Have experience with LLM-powered products, agentic UX, or products where non-determinism is a key design constraint.
- Have shipped product at a high-growth startup during a formative or inflection-point stage.
- Demonstrate a strong AI-native coding workflow and concrete examples of shipped work.
