Responsibilities
- Improve observability through logging, monitoring, and application performance management.
- Develop reliability frameworks and patterns for resilient SaaS products across multiple regions and environments.
- Contribute to incident response, stakeholder communication, post-incident analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity planning.
- Partner with engineering and development teams to improve product stability, observability, and manageability.
- Drive automation initiatives, Infrastructure as Code, and streamlined deployment processes with DevOps and Operations teams.
- Promote Service-Oriented Organization principles and clear service ownership.
- Understand and support the operation of Altium Cloud Platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a related role in a large-scale environment.
- Software development experience, ideally with .NET development.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, microservice architecture, and high-availability architecture.
- Experience with observability tools such as New Relic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, and OTEL.
- Production experience with Kubernetes clusters, AWS, and IOC.
- Experience with operational tasks and basic networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, and ArgoCD.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL is a plus.
