Base Salary
$209k - $307k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture for a core domain of the platform.
- Drive end-to-end design for cross-service initiatives.
- Produce high-quality design artifacts and lead design reviews.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through reference implementations and prototypes.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate architecture into executable plans.
- Help teams build operable systems with instrumentation and alerting.
- Lead architecture for ingestion/enrichment pipelines and data quality improvements.
- Guide architecture for feature pipelines and inference serving.
- Drive patterns for tenant isolation and scalable onboarding.
- Lead architecture for integrations with CRM/MAP/GTM tools.
- Raise the bar through design reviews and technical mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems.
- Experience designing and delivering data-intensive, distributed, cloud-based systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to influence across teams through clear communication and strong design rationale.
