Responsibilities
- Lead manual and automated test execution for Android and cloud technology projects.
- Lead a team of 3–4 test engineers and drive complex testing strategies and execution optimization.
- Develop Robot Framework automation for Android devices, web applications, and APIs using Python.
- Design test cases and manage testing in Polarion or Jira SynapseRT.
- Perform scalability, API security, API performance, and regression testing.
- Generate Jira dashboards and reports covering test execution, automation, and quality.
- Integrate daily automation and regression testing with Jenkins.
- Use AI tools to generate test cases and develop test scenarios and automation scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- 9+ years of experience in test execution and automation.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of 3–4 test engineers on Android and cloud technology projects.
- 3+ years of experience driving complex testing projects and optimizing test strategy and execution.
- 3+ years of experience generating Jira dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Robot Framework, Android devices, web automation, API testing, and Python.
- Strong software testing, test case design, and test management experience.
- Experience with scalability testing tools such as JMeter.
- Knowledge of API security and performance testing.
- Microservices and GCP knowledge are preferred.
- Experience integrating CI/CD automation with Jenkins.
- Experience using AI tools in software development lifecycle, test scenarios, test case development, and script development.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
