Responsibilities
- Own the technical quality and successful delivery of a subproject in collaboration with the project manager.
- Advise clients on technical solutions and translate business needs into scalable, maintainable software.
- Contribute hands-on to technical solution development as needed.
- Coach and mentor junior developers in their technical and professional growth.
- Distribute work within the development team and support effective collaboration.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT-related field such as Computer Science, Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
- At least 3 years of software development experience in complex IT projects.
- Extensive experience with either Java or .NET/C#; both ecosystems are not required.
- Experience taking technical responsibility and making independent decisions.
- Ability to translate technical challenges into solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Experience guiding, coaching, or technically leading colleagues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
