Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements for partners and customers.
- Guide technical evaluations, solution validation, and decision-making processes.
- Deliver technical training, workshops, enablement programs, and best-practice guidance to partner teams.
- Develop reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and technical assets.
- Advise partner executives, architects, consultants, and technical teams.
- Assess partner capabilities and identify service-expansion and go-to-market opportunities.
- Collaborate with partner development, channel consulting, and partner success teams to drive adoption and growth.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, technical assessments, forecasting, and technical win strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience working with channel partners, MSPs, distributors, resellers, or system integrators.
- Proven experience leading technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and partner enablement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, security, governance, data protection, migration, and AI readiness.
- Familiarity with Microsoft CSP and partner ecosystems is preferred; relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
