Responsibilities
- Own software components and deliver complete solutions that meet functional, scalability, performance, and manageability requirements.
- Write hands-on code in Go and C++ for scalable, maintainable, and highly available distributed cloud applications.
- Deploy workloads and manage their lifecycle across cloud providers, especially AWS and GCP.
- Investigate and resolve test pipeline failures in GitLab CI/CD environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end feature development and define new software architectures, products, and solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS and Kubernetes, and deploying scalable distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go and C++ with experience contributing to complex software development projects.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and API-driven product development.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Typically five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, three years with a master’s degree, one year with a PhD, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience includes metrics collection, observability frameworks, telemetry pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and tracing with tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
