Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business or user-area needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support activities.
- Analyze complex application development problems and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and consult with users, clients, and technology groups on advanced programming solutions.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts while serving as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and team members.
- Assess and escalate technology, compliance, and control risks appropriately.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
