Base Salary
$103k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and develop software components and services.
- Build scalable enterprise blockchain applications across front-end, back-end, and distributed infrastructure platforms.
- Translate user stories and technical requirements into functional code.
- Design and deliver cloud-native and microservices-based software systems using software development life-cycle best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture and design with attention to security, reliability, and scalability.
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Work with product teams to deliver customer solutions and experiences.
- Define deliverables, manage completion, and maintain engagement economics reports.
- Track resource plans and budgets and handle project status reporting.
- Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members and travel to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience and 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with modern full-stack JavaScript development, including Node.js, React, and Express.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience building cloud-native and microservices architecture applications and platforms.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Preferred experience or passion involving blockchain technology, Ethereum, Quorum, and/or Solidity.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Preferred experience with enterprise technologies such as SaaS and SAP.
- Ability to solve complex problems, work through ambiguity, build relationships, and mentor colleagues.
Benefits
- Base salary is listed as $102,500–$187,900 across US geographic locations and $122,900–$213,400 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- The role follows a flexible hybrid model, with external client-serving employees generally working in person 40–60% of the time over an engagement, project, or year.

- Travel is required based on client needs, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
