Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications using AI-native development practices.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end application components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and accelerated delivery.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, compliant, and maintainable software.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, focused on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
