Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and driving organizational impact.
- Expertise in building large-scale, high-reliability backend systems, preferably in fintech.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience managing complete project lifecycles.
- Deep expertise in system architecture and data modeling.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams.
- Capacity to work independently and guide other engineers.
