Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate experimentation, feature rollout, session tracking, campaign, and growth tooling capabilities.
- Work across client and platform experiences, backend and edge services, APIs, data stores, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.
- Own features and systems end-to-end through implementation, rollout, observability, and production operation.
- Build scalable solutions while balancing delivery speed, maintainability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate across teams on shared APIs, contracts, and infrastructure.
- Contribute to technical direction, architecture, engineering practices, and team growth.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and ability to learn across technologies.
- Experience building services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience working with databases, data modeling, performance, and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures and operating production services.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across application, service, data, and infrastructure boundaries.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive practical technical solutions through production.
- Curiosity about new technologies and enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Experience with experimentation platforms, feature flags, progressive rollouts, analytics or telemetry, real-time configuration, or distributed systems is a plus.
