Responsibilities
- Embed with internal business teams to co-design and operationalise agentic AI workflows.
- Lead AI agent delivery from discovery through production.
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Develop reusable automation patterns and shared business templates.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI workflow performance and safety.
- Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for safe intelligent automation.
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate business pain points into technical solution designs.
- Coach colleagues through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Bring substantial experience building and operating production applications or automations involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Have hands-on experience delivering AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python or TypeScript and comfort working with SDKs and webhooks.
- Design systems with security, auditability, and controlled blast radius in mind.
- Have experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution design.
- Demonstrate strong coaching, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
