Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production and own technical delivery across multiple deployments.
- Scope Agentic AI use cases and guide deployments from solution architecture through stable production.
- Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
- Align with customer stakeholders to solve business challenges and deliver rapid time to value.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality for timely project delivery.
- Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
- Coach and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Production-grade Python and SQL development and code review experience.
- Strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Ability to break down complex problems, make informed decisions under pressure, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent in a B2B SaaS company is an ideal qualification but not required.
- Experience building AI applications within financial services is an ideal qualification.
- Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models to business problems is an ideal qualification.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform—AWS, Azure, or GCP—is an ideal qualification.
- Must be able to work from the Berlin or London office at least three days per week.
