Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of major components across experiment management services.
- Own technical decisions for platform areas balancing correctness, reliability, and performance.
- Enhance the trustworthiness of experimentation through improved system design and data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable platform capabilities.
- Mentor other engineers through design discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in backend systems, data infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Proven ability to drive technical projects from problem definition to production rollout.
- Strong engineering judgment in system design and operational reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
