Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship features across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
- Own ideas and problems end to end, including design, implementation, production release, and iteration.
- Identify high-impact work and execute quickly while maintaining quality.
- Refactor, optimize, and scale systems as the product and team grow.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and legal teams to improve user outcomes.
- Support debugging, infrastructure, product features, and internal tooling wherever needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production systems.
- Strong technical fundamentals and the ability to reason clearly about systems, tradeoffs, and complexity.
- Ability to learn quickly across new domains, tools, and parts of the stack.
- High agency and demonstrated ability to identify important problems and drive them to resolution.
- Experience shipping meaningful work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment.
- Clear thinking, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
