Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reusable, modular, and data-driven automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
- Develop and scale enterprise automation frameworks and integrate automation into continuous testing pipelines.
- Define and execute end-to-end, risk-based test strategies across web, back-end, APIs, mobile, SAP, and packaged applications.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, optimize execution, and support test monitoring, reporting, and quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with test managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders on project goals and delivery timelines.
- Support advanced Tosca capabilities including Test Data Service, BI Testing, Distributed Execution, and integrations with test, project, and lifecycle management tools.
- At senior and architect levels, mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and define automation standards, governance, architecture, tooling strategy, and ROI evaluations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on test automation experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Experience automating web, APIs or services, and mobile applications; SAP or packaged application experience is preferred for senior roles.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and understanding of continuous testing practices.
- Understanding of test strategy, requirements traceability, quality gates, and test management.
- Knowledge of BDD and ATDD.
- Senior and architect candidates need experience designing frameworks, defining standards, and scaling automation across teams; architect candidates also need enterprise architecture, governance, KPI, and performance-monitoring experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional, distributed teams.
- European citizenship is required due to project requirements.
- ISTQB Foundation, Agile or advanced certifications, relevant Tricentis certifications such as AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, or AE1, and cloud certification are desirable.
