Responsibilities
- Design and build the central MLOps/LLMOps platform for classical ML and agentic/GenAI workloads.
- Architect CI/CD workflows and self-service capabilities that enable data scientists and ML engineers to deploy models and agents independently.
- Build and evolve the agentic platform on AWS Bedrock using LangGraph or comparable tools.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and infrastructure teams to develop scalable platform capabilities.
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps best practices through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
- Optimize infrastructure costs, observability, resource management, and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in MLOps, LLMOps, ML engineering, or DevOps.
- Proven experience delivering production ML or GenAI platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI stacks.
- Strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, and modern monitoring solutions.
- Deep understanding of ML and LLM lifecycles and scalable self-service platform design.
- Experience driving platform adoption, influencing decisions, explaining complex technical topics, and keeping current with ML, LLM, and agentic AI trends.
