Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company’s mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, testers, backend teams, web teams, and other stakeholders in a cross-stack environment.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes to improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Resolve performance and stability issues across the full technology stack.
- Provide technical leadership and demonstrate ownership of app engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- At least four years of programming experience, including at least one year of app development experience.
- Expert knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with Fastlane and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with unit testing and Golden Tests.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- Strong ownership, initiative, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar technical field is advantageous but not required.
- Native iOS or Android development, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are advantageous.
