Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, testers, backend teams, and web teams in a cross-stack environment.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes to improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Resolve performance and stability issues across the full stack.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- At least four years of programming experience, including at least one year of app development experience.
- Expert knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with Fastlane, GitHub Actions, unit tests, and golden tests.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- Experience with native iOS or Android development or automated mobile testing is a plus.
- Experience with gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, or DataDog is a plus.
- Knowledge of Figma and open-source experience is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar technical field is advantageous but not required.
