Responsibilities
- Act as an SAP Oil & Gas Downstream subject matter expert and provide functional guidance to the support team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and recurring application issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams.
- Own key support decisions and coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior resources and promote knowledge sharing.
- Drive improvements to application stability, support efficiency, and business continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong hands-on experience with TSW, SPW, TD, TM, HPM, F&A, Oil Exchanges, TDP, LCFS, and RINs.
- Strong experience in at least one core SAP module, including SAP SD or SAP MM.
- Strong SAP production/application support and troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex issues and work across multiple teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
