Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and support the selling of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team
- Lead technical meetings with enterprise decision makers and help drive revenue
- Advise strategic AEC and environmental consulting customers on complex GIS and business challenges
- Define and deliver solution strategies aligning Esri technology with customer business needs
- Understand customer workflows, business systems, and integration points
- Provide configuration guidance, technical best practices, and deployment troubleshooting
- Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences and present at conferences and executive engagements
- Coach new team members on technical and consulting best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications with Esri technology
- At least 3 years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT perspective, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, troubleshooting Esri application deployments and system architecture, and integrating software with business systems
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments
- Experience with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platform integrations
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript
- Understanding of sales and business development processes
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field
- Preferred experience with real-time information streams, mobile, IoT, advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, imagery, Autodesk software, 3D geospatial problems, and AEC business strategy
- Master’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field is preferred
