Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and support the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team.
- Lead technical meetings with enterprise decision makers and develop complex solutions for strategic customers.
- Advise customers on business workflows, third-party systems, integration points, and GIS-driven solutions.
- Design and deliver solution strategies, presentations, configuration guidance, and best practices for technical and executive audiences.
- Troubleshoot Esri application deployment and system architecture issues.
- Share expertise and coach new team members on technical and solution-engineering best practices.
- Present at conferences and executive engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience in Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods & Services, or Financial Services.
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT perspective, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, geodatabases, DBMS technology, and software integration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Experience integrating solutions with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Understanding of sales and business development processes, plus strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%.
- Preferred qualifications include real-time data integration, mobile, IoT, advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, imagery, hybrid cloud architectures, ETL workflows, and a master’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
