Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture for Copilot agents built on Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Define patterns for hardening, governance, and platform standards.
- Guide and review offshore engineers’ agent development and set technical direction and quality standards.
- Lead technical discussions with Matson leadership and technical teams as the trusted onsite point of continuity.
- Ensure cloud-sound platform architecture and clean integration with the customer’s environment.
- Document solution designs for executive and technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven Copilot agent development experience with Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, connectors, and governance.
- Cloud architect background with at least Azure application architecture experience.
- AWS experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, RBAC, and Copilot Credits or consumption management.
- Knowledge of integration and identity patterns, Azure AD or Entra ID, and secure secrets handling with Key Vault.
- Understanding of responsible AI and security hardening.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work independently onsite.
