Responsibilities
- Develop reference architectures for resilient application deployments using Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps.
- Consult with application development teams to incorporate resiliency into system designs.
- Define and drive solution architecture strategies, roadmaps, and architectural runway for business initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional solution delivery with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, and System Architects.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and architecture strategies.
- Mentor teams in solution architecture practices across business, application, technology, information, and security architecture domains.
- Resolve complex integration and alignment challenges across systems.
- Represent solution architecture in business and IT strategy discussions and translate business needs into technical implementations.
- Evangelize adoption of resilient foundational infrastructure while balancing innovation, operational stability, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of relevant IT experience, including two or more years of relevant architecture experience.
- Experience with cloud, compute, storage, network, and cybersecurity infrastructure platforms and capabilities.
- Experience with architecture principles, process design, development standards, and best practices.
- Experience working with agile teams and principles is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, solution architecture, systems thinking, analytical thinking, process orchestration, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT concepts is expected or valued.
- Strong communication, business acumen, strategic outlook, continuous improvement, and problem-solving capabilities.
