Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications spanning backend services, APIs, data storage, and user interfaces.
- Develop agentic solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, workflow orchestration tools, and browser automation.
- Embed with internal teams to understand goals and constraints and translate them into technical solutions with measurable success criteria.
- Own technical design, architecture, scoping, delivery, iteration, maintenance, and ongoing support for projects.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and shape AI-enabled solutions.
- Build reliable and scalable systems used across the organization and continuously evaluate their business impact.
- Participate in the internal-tools on-call rotation by triaging support requests from designated Slack channels.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications, services, and APIs.
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python, plus frontend development experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Experience building backend systems, designing APIs, and working with datastores such as Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, AI models, agentic IDEs, AI-enabled workflows, or prototypes.
- Experience developing or experimenting with custom agentic systems, n8n, or agentic browser automation.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and initiative in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Preferred experience integrating AI evaluation, testing, or observability platforms such as DeepEval, Langfuse, or LangSmith.
