Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features through design, development, deployment, production support, and maintenance while contributing code daily with AI assistance.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem-solving.
- Analyze complex problems and identify knowns and unknowns to accelerate robust solutions.
- Define, promote, and mentor teams on engineering best practices, coding standards, and AI-assisted engineering approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews for engineers at all experience levels.
- Provide structured mentorship to develop engineering talent and team performance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with required production-level Python development.
- Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications and architecting high-volume products at scale.
- Hands-on experience with current open-source tools and technologies, including Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and demonstrate strong communication, integrity, honesty, and work ethic.
