Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for agentic solutions, complex data models, and workflow automation within go-to-market teams.
- Map sales journeys and create end-to-end blueprints for AI-enabled ways of working.
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype through stable production.
- Build full-stack systems and production-grade agentic solutions that deliver customer value.
- Embed with account teams, understand customer needs, and guide adoption of delivered solutions.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, quality, and customer experience.
- Codify successful patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks.
- Spend more than 60% of the role coding and developing and deploying agents.
- Share field feedback with Research and Product teams to improve models and roadmaps.
- Design fit-for-purpose agentic solutions and prepare client-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers while driving customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS, with GCP preferred.
- Professional-level GCP certification is required; FDE training and certification is a plus.
- At least 7 years of engineering or technical deployment experience involving customer-facing or internal-stakeholder-facing work.
- Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, and leading deployment of scalable solutions on GCP is strongly preferred.
- Expertise writing production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models, preferably using the Google technology stack or Anthropic.
- Ability to scope and deliver complex systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, architectural thinking, risk management, and decision-making skills with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Comfort working with all levels of leadership, including CXOs.
- Ability to drive solutions from ambiguity to simplicity and adjust plans without affecting customer experience.
