Responsibilities
- Embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy, scale, and operationalize enterprise AI platforms.
- Own production outcomes including time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability, and business metrics.
- Design and govern enterprise AI architectures spanning identity, data, security, governance, platform, and workflow integration.
- Develop agentic solutions using orchestration, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and production workflows.
- Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, architecture walkthroughs, and code-with sessions for client teams and leadership.
- Build reusable patterns, playbooks, and accelerators that client teams can operate after handover.
- Integrate AI platforms with ERP, CRM, ITSM, and data systems in production.
- Run deployment cycles independently from kickoff through production and client handover.
- Present technical architecture, adoption strategy, ROI backlogs, and deployment impact to CTO, CFO, and CISO stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in AI agents and workflow integration.
- 3–5 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless systems.
- Deep expertise designing and deploying production agentic solutions using agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflows.
- Experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models, including multi-provider abstraction layers.
- Experience with production deployment, infrastructure as code, monitoring, debugging, and tools such as Terraform and Helm.
- Demonstrated end-to-end delivery ownership in a client-embedded production environment; internal-only projects do not qualify.
- Experience with full platform deployment ownership in at least one certified platform in a live client environment.
- Experience integrating AI platforms with ERP, CRM, ITSM, and data systems in production.
- Enterprise architecture foundations spanning identity, data, security, and governance.
- Ability to quantify business value and communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders at CTO, CFO, and CISO level.
- 15 years of full-time education is required; non-linear profiles are welcomed.
