Responsibilities
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows in production.
- Design end-to-end solutions integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.
- Translate customer business problems into scalable AI and RPA solutions.
- Own delivery from prototype through production and iteration.
- Optimize systems for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Extend platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and custom integrations.
- Manage delivery risks, scope, blockers, tradeoffs, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead technical workstreams within strategic customer engagements and align delivery with measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute reusable patterns and product feedback based on real-world customer experience.
- Mentor engineers and help scale reusable implementation playbooks and technical standards.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success on platform improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of software engineering experience, including applied or customer-facing work.
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and production AI systems.
- Experience building and deploying complex, integrated systems.
- Ability to move from ambiguous ideas to production systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills with engineers and business stakeholders.
- Customer-facing experience managing technical risks, timelines, tradeoffs, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to reusable assets, technical standards, and delivery practices.
- Preferred: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration systems, distributed systems, LLM providers, applied AI, machine learning, automation platforms, prompt management, LLM evaluation, agent observability, production support, enterprise governance, compliance, operational readiness, technical presentations, reference architectures, and reusable delivery patterns.
