Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy new features and enhancements for the website, mobile app, and backend platform.
- Collaborate and pair with engineering teammates to architect and implement solutions for brands, creators, and the marketplace.
- Drive solutions that simplify complexity and address systems with multiple subsystems and internal initiatives.
- Promote software best practices and contribute positively to team health.
- Occasionally mentor teammates and help connect people across the team.
- Understand and contribute to the broader context of at least one product area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer or in a related role.
- Strong programming skills in Kotlin or Java, JavaScript, React, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional software startup experience is preferred.
- Technical mentoring experience is preferred.
- Experience designing and building APIs is preferred.
