Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and tune adaptive Conditional Access policies enforcing risk-based and zero-trust access controls.
- Engineer and govern Privileged Identity Management workflows, just-in-time access, and approval controls for administrative roles.
- Implement and automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver identity lifecycle processes.
- Monitor identity telemetry, authentication weaknesses, identity attack vectors, and risky user alerts, then execute remediation workflows.
- Lead technical initiatives modernizing federation and single sign-on pathways and support seamless tenant-wide identity migrations.
- Extract insights from authentication logs and identity risk scores to report on identity posture, sign-in risks, and policy effectiveness.
- Integrate real-time identity risk signals and cyber threat intelligence feeds into dynamic authentication and access policies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, HR, and business applications teams to embed secure identity practices.
- Automate access assignments and reduce operational drift using PowerShell, Graph API, or SCIM provisioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience specializing in Identity and Access Management within enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise identity controls, federation protocols, and directory services.
- In-depth knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2, and identity-targeting threats such as password spraying, token theft, and phishing-resistant MFA bypass.
- Hands-on expertise with Entra ID (Azure AD), Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, Entra ID Governance, SSO, federation, and MFA controls.
- Experience designing automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows and granular access control governance frameworks.
- Proven experience managing identity control platforms, meeting operational SLAs, and executing tenant-wide identity migrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
