Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team in performing project work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Identify process improvements and implement team best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Integrate applications with other business systems and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and enterprise application design and configuration principles.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on application integration.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
