Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of LifeAsia-based insurance platforms (PAS, POS, workflows).
- Perform hands-on configuration, development, and integrations.
- Drive solution design and system architecture.
- Support cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices adoption.
- Implement DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business, regional teams, and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance to teams while staying hands-on.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience in Life Insurance.
- Strong hands-on LifeAsia experience (mandatory).
- Experience in PAS, integrations, APIs.
- Exposure to cloud, microservices, DevOps.
- Some team leadership experience (not purely managerial).
