Responsibilities
- Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and understanding of customer needs.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
- Lead large projects from idea to positive execution.
- Unblock, support, and communicate with external and internal partners to achieve results.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Share knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and promoting engineering best practices.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Experience in distributed systems.
- Experience working with databases, relational or NoSQL.
- Experience with front-end development.
- Ability to write clear, scalable design documentation.
- Nice to have: experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure).
- Nice to have: experience with machine learning and building LLM applications.
- Nice to have: proficiency in AI tools.
