Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into innovative, feasible, and high-quality AI and automation solutions.
- Advise business teams on AI solutions and conduct experiments based on use cases.
- Design, code, test, document, and deploy selected use cases in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.
- Support the development team in ensuring risk management and compliance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across OP Pohjola’s support services.
Requirements
- Be in the final stages of relevant higher-education studies, such as a degree in engineering or an equivalent university of applied sciences degree, or be recently graduated.
- Have knowledge of AI technologies and solutions and concrete experience designing technical solutions and programming.
- Be proficient in Python and have experience with RAG frameworks and different API technologies and implementations.
- Experience with Microsoft software, Azure, AI Foundry, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Databricks, or Databricks AI is advantageous.
- Have analytical, organized, and systematic ways of working, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consider cost efficiency.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills and be fluent in Finnish and English.
- Knowledge of OP Pohjola’s business, services, group structure, and operating environment is advantageous.
