Responsibilities
- Contribute to OP Pohjola’s shared AI capabilities and business initiatives.
- Build and implement shared AI platforms and capabilities primarily with Microsoft Foundry.
- Support AI-first transformation, AI governance, AI skills development, and modern ways of working.
- Work on initiatives such as adaptive AI orchestration, adaptive guardrails, and agentic vulnerability remediation.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and other roles across the AI Tribe.
- Help deliver measurable value and impact from AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Requirements
- Previous experience developing AI-based solutions or performing data analytics using the Python stack in a cloud environment such as Azure.
- Understanding of software development skills.
- Experience working in agile teams is an advantage.
- Master’s degree, or being in the final stages of studies, in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in English.
- Proactive, flexible, curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to understand and appreciate financial industry regulations and guidelines.
- Finnish language skills are an advantage.
