Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and gather functional and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software applications.
- Deliver cross-platform solutions across SAP BTP, Java, ERP, and AWS Cloud environments.
- Use AI tools and agents for code conversion, application modernization, and process optimization.
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments using Application Insights, AWS CloudWatch, and related tools.
- Configure alerts, perform performance tuning and cost optimization, and conduct security monitoring.
- Support client-server and distributed architectures, including load balancer configurations.
- Implement and maintain IAM and SSO solutions using Azure AD B2C, AWS Cognito, Okta, and OAuth 2.0.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in business software application development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS Cloud Platform.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud-based solutions and supporting application performance optimization.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, client-server architecture, and load balancing technologies.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and single sign-on platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- AWS Cloud certifications or other relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
- AI-related certifications or demonstrated experience using AI tools and agents are preferred.
- Experience with SAP BTP, ERP integrations, application modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise-scale business applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of Application Insights, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring tools is preferred.
- Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience and automotive, manufacturing, or large-enterprise IT experience are preferred.
