Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce solutions using Lightning, Apex, and APIs.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Serve as the primary technical lead and liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and offshore or distributed teams.
Own production support, including incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation support, and root cause analysis.
Lead testing, validation, release management, deployments, and system integrations.
Support the full software development lifecycle and contribute to platform strategy and continuous process improvements.
Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including the Siebel-to-Salesforce migration.

8–12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, engineering, or technical leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, custom implementations, and configurations.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP integrations, Workflow, Flow Builder, and Process Builder.
Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience leading offshore or distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
Strong production support background, including incident management and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce transformation or migration experience, integration-heavy enterprise experience, release management and deployment experience, and familiarity with Consumer Affairs or customer service platforms such as Service Cloud or Automotive Cloud.
