Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Platform schemas, datasets, identities, ingestion workflows, profile stitching, identity resolution, segmentation, and governance policies.
- Build and optimize Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys, triggers, decision logic, conditions, templates, personalization, and multichannel activation.
- Develop integrations between Adobe platforms and CRM, analytics, data lake, and campaign systems using Adobe APIs and event-processing capabilities.
- Lead MarTech support activities including monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, defect management, issue resolution, and SLA/KPI adherence.
- Perform unit, integration, end-to-end, and UAT validation while troubleshooting ingestion, segmentation, journey, and identity-stitching issues.
- Create technical documentation and maintain schema, audience, journey, data-flow, integration, privacy, and access-control governance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Data Engineering, Digital, IT, vendors, product owners, and Scrum teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.
- Practical experience configuring Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys, events, conditions, templates, and personalization.
- Strong understanding of XDM schemas, profile stitching, datasets, identity graphs, customer data pipelines, consent management, segmentation, and event-based activation.
- Ability to read and write JSON, design data models, and configure ingestion through APIs or SDKs.
- Experience in MarTech engineering, marketing operations, or customer data orchestration.
- 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud, preferably AEP/RCDP and/or AJO.
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Tags/Launch, AEM, or Adobe Analytics is an asset.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban is preferred.
