Base Salary
$100k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the core domain model for patients, providers, credentials, authorizations, sessions, claims, and payments
- Implement testable and enforceable money invariants for rate calculations, payouts, and payroll logic
- Build lifecycle state machines with explicit states and valid transitions
- Develop schema migration strategies that preserve production stability
- Build reliable, auditable, and safe AI infrastructure for LLM-powered clinical workflows
- Own access controls, audit logging, encryption, and the technical security posture for systems handling PHI
- Deploy, monitor, and provide production support for the platform
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a correctness-critical domain such as fintech, insurance, healthcare, or logistics
- Ability to make senior technical decisions and implement them directly in code
- Experience with implicit business rules, complex data models, production migrations, and critical business logic
- Production experience with LLM features, RAG, evaluations, or guardrails is a bonus
- Experience with event sourcing or ledger architectures is a bonus
- Healthcare or EHR experience is a bonus
