Responsibilities
- Design and build the core domain model for patients, providers, and claims.
- Implement money invariants to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Develop lifecycle state machines to manage patient and claim states effectively.
- Manage schema evolution to prevent disruptions during feature releases.
- Build and maintain AI infrastructure for clinical workflows.
- Ensure security and HIPAA compliance for handling PHI.
- Monitor and maintain production systems, addressing issues as they arise.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a field where correctness is critical, such as fintech or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of state machines and data modeling.
- Experience with LLM features in production is a plus.
- Familiarity with event sourcing or ledger architectures is preferred.
- Desire to make technical decisions through code rather than meetings.
