Responsibilities
- Optimize model inference using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Build and integrate GenAI capabilities, including computer vision and multimodal models.
- Design pre-processing and post-processing pipelines for AI systems.
- Develop RAG systems and semantic retrieval architectures for enterprise applications.
- Drive model selection and benchmarking decisions across AI services.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and performance.
- Build scalable production AI systems focusing on reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with platform and product teams to deliver integrated AI services.
- Contribute to AI platform architecture and technical direction.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of AI systems from research to deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ year in AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with model optimization techniques.
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of modern LLM architectures and GenAI ecosystems.
- Experience building real production AI applications.
- Strong engineering mindset focused on reliability and scalability.
- Ability to maintain production-grade quality in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership mentality in early-stage environments.
