Base Salary
$56k - $56k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop UI components or APIs for an in-house application.
- Test applications, provide UI feedback, and develop user interface components.
- Develop and maintain software automation tools for source code, builds, testing frameworks, artifacts, deployment, monitoring, and configuration.
- Participate in designing and developing maintainable internal solutions.
- Take part in code reviews and follow RBC U.S. Wealth Management coding standards.
- Develop unit tests and automated validation tests with the QE team.
- Research, troubleshoot, and fix issues in the DevOps pipeline.
Requirements
- Be a junior or master’s program student graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Pursue an expected degree in Software Engineering or Development, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another technology-related discipline.
- Have working knowledge of IT applications, software, and systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong technical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Show interest in the financial services industry.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week for the full internship duration.
