Responsibilities
- Develop platform services that power AI features across Culture Amp.
- Implement a scalable approach to vector search for unstructured data.
- Execute LLMOps practices to enhance observability and system reliability.
- Ensure responsible AI usage through guardrails and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and evaluate new AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Solid platform engineering fundamentals with experience in service operation.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML tooling and infrastructure.
- Experience with large-scale data systems including streaming and batch processing.
- Proven experience with ML infrastructure such as model serving and vector databases.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and backend architecture.
- Experience in building and optimizing retrieval systems.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
