Base Salary
$73k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the overall Salesforce architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Drive technical excellence across Salesforce initiatives.
- Lead technical design and governance processes.
- Address Salesforce data modeling, security, integrations, and DevOps architecture components.
- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities, including Revenue Cloud and sensitive data handling.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of Salesforce implementation experience as a Solution Architect.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, integrations, and DevOps.
- Experience leading technical design and governance processes.
- Required Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud and handling sensitive data such as export-controlled information.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
